OmniF treats every training session as a sequence of exercises, each with sets, reps, and weight. Here’s how to log your first one.

Start a session

From the home screen, tap Train. You’ll see your active programme’s next session pre-loaded, or — if you haven’t picked a programme yet — a “Free training” option that starts blank.

Log a set

Tap an exercise to open its detail view. Enter weight and reps for each set, then tap the green checkmark to confirm. The rest timer starts automatically.

OmniF auto-fills the next set with the values from your previous set, so you only tap if something changes.

Tips that save time later

  • Use the keyboard shortcuts. On desktop, Enter advances to the next set. On mobile, the number pad has a “Next set” button.
  • RPE is optional but useful. If you log RPE for your top sets, OmniF AI (Pro) can later spot when your programme is too easy or too hard.
  • Don’t skip the rest timer. Even if you ignore it, OmniF uses it to calculate session density, which feeds into your weekly load chart.

What happens after you finish

Tap Finish session to save. Your data syncs to other devices (Pro) and your weekly stats update. If you’re on a built-in programme, the next session pre-loads automatically based on progression rules.
